The Sales Operations Senior Analyst plays a key role in supporting the Trust Administration Operations teams through data analysis, reporting, quality assurance, and process improvement. This position is responsible for preparing client-ready reports and presentations, ensuring data accuracy, performing monthly quality audits and reconciliations of operational data and providing analytical support to the department. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and possesses advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain and automate operational and client reporting, including reports, dashboards, graphs, charts, presentations, and meeting materials
- Perform data validation, quality assurance audits, and reconciliations across multiple systems to ensure data accuracy, process compliance, and timely resolution of discrepancies
- Analyze operational and financial data to identify trends, risks, opportunities, and actionable insights that support business decisions
- Collaborate with Operations, Account Management, and Leadership to enhance reporting processes, standardize documentation, and improve operational efficiency
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to increase accuracy, consistency, and productivity

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Analytics or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1+ years of experience in business analysis, financial analysis, or operations support or related field
- Advanced level of proficiency with Microsoft Excel skills including:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- Complex formulas
- Graphs and data visualization
- Macros
- Data validation and conditional formatting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with eligibility administration platforms, health and welfare benefit systems, retirement plan administration systems, and related technologies
- Familiarity with employee benefits, health insurance, pension/retirement programs, including the operational processes that support their administration
- Knowledge of data reconciliation and quality control methodologies
- Process improvement mindset with experience documenting workflows and implementing efficiencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $24 - $43 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
