We are seeking a high impact RCM Recruitment Manager with deep expertise in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) and Healthcare Business Process Management hiring. This role leads senior level and niche RCM recruitment across offshore, captive, and third party service provider environments, including Global Capability Centers (GCCs).
You will act as a hiring advisor to healthcare operations leaders, translating complex RCM delivery requirements into precise hiring strategies, rigorous screening models, and scalable recruiting execution. This role requires proven people leadership, strong domain qualification, and the ability to manage multiple, high volume requisitions in fast paced healthcare environments.
Primary Responsibilities:
- RCM Talent Acquisition Leadership
- Lead end to end recruitment for RCM and Healthcare Information Management roles, including AR, billing, denials management, claims follow up, and front end/back end RCM functions
- Partner closely with healthcare operations, delivery, and GCC leaders to understand client specific RCM programs, productivity targets, and scalability demands
- Serve as a trusted hiring advisor, ensuring hiring decisions align with service provider delivery models and healthcare compliance requirements
- Specialized RCM Screening & Qualification
- Own and continuously improve screening rigor for RCM roles, including exposure to:
- Hospital and Physician Billing
- End to end back end RCM
- Denials and AR management
- Payer and program nuances (e.g., Medicare / Medicaid / Medi Cal)
- Translate operational success profiles into structured interview frameworks and assessment criteria
- Leverage familiarity with common RCM tools and workflows (EPIC familiarity preferred)
- People Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and develop recruiters and/or recruiting pods supporting RCM hiring
- Drive consistent delivery standards, recruiter capability uplift, and hiring quality
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and stakeholder partnership
- Delivery Management & Hiring Governance
- Manage multiple concurrent requisitions with strong control of funnel health, cycle time, and quality metrics
- Use data and analytics to guide workforce planning decisions, prioritize demand, and proactively address risks
- Ensure adherence to hiring governance, compliance standards, and operational excellence practices
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's / Undergraduate degree or equivalent relevant experience
- 6+ years of progressive recruitment or talent acquisition experience, preferably within:
- Shared Services
- Global Capability Centers (GCCs)
- BPO / Healthcare Operations
- Enterprise Talent Acquisition environments
- 2+ years of people leadership experience (formal direct management preferred; strong pod/team leadership considered)
- Hands on experience hiring for RCM / healthcare revenue cycle roles
- Solid understanding of service provider delivery models, offshore hiring, and healthcare operations demand
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder alignment, recruitment analytics, and delivery outcomes
