The Senior, Data Analytics - Operations (SG27) is responsible for leading a team of Data Analysts supporting Rx Clinical Operations through accurate, timely, and compliant reporting and analytics. This role oversees delivery execution, people management, stakeholder engagement, and governance to ensure operational reporting meets productivity, utilization, and quality targets. The position is a critical leadership role within the Rx Clinical Operations Globalization Strategy for 2026, enabling sustainable offshore delivery and cost-benefit realization.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • People & Delivery Management
    • Provide direct people leadership to SG26 Data Analysts, including work allocation, performance management, coaching, and development
    • Ensure team productivity, utilization, and adherence to delivery standards
    • Serve as escalation point for delivery risks, capacity constraints, and quality issues
    • Meet with Stakeholders regularly to calibrate and align the goals and objectives
  • *Reporting & Analytics Oversight
    • Oversee the delivery of ad hoc and recurring operational reports built in Excel and Power BI
    • Review and approve reporting outputs to ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness prior to stakeholder distribution
    • Ensure monitoring of key operational metrics and proactive identification of anomalies
  • Stakeholder & Business Partnership
    • Partner with clinical program owners, call center leaders, and enterprise analytics teams to prioritize work and align reporting outputs to business needs
    • Translate strategic requirements into executable workplans for the analytics team
    • Represent DataOps analytics in operational forums, reviews, and governance discussions
  • Data Governance, Quality & Compliance
    • Enforce data governance standards, SOP adherence, and documentation consistency across the team
    • Ensure appropriate access controls and segregation of PHI/PII in all reporting and analytics processes
    • Promote audit-ready documentation and knowledge transfer practices
  • Process Improvement & Globalization Enablement
    • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to streamline reporting processes and reduce manual effort
    • Support offshore delivery maturity as part of the 2026 Rx globalization initiative
    • Identify risks related to unfilled roles and escalate impacts to cost-benefit and delivery outcomes

  • Role is accountable for ensuring analytics delivery supports cost-benefit analysis for Rx Clinical Operations in 2026 and beyond.

Eligibility
To apply to an internal job, employees must meet the following criteria:

  • Grades 26 and 27 can apply
  • Grade 26 will move to 27, Grade 27 will move laterally
  • Preferably 12+ months of continuous service in their current grade and position. If an employee has not completed one year in current role, please discuss interest with your reporting manager and seek alignment
  • Performance rating in the last common review cycle of "Meets Expectations" or higher
  • Not be on any active CAP (Corrective Action Plan) or active disciplinary action

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or operations analytics
  • Experience leading analysts or small analytics teams (formal or matrixed)
  • Technical Knowledge
  • Solid working knowledge of:
  • Advanced Excel (complex formulas, macros, data validation)
  • SQL and Azure Databricks
  • Power BI reporting and dashboarding
  • Multi-source data integration using Power Query and SQL
  • Hands-on coding not required daily but required for oversight and review

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • High accountability for quality, compliance, and delivery consistency
