Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform operational/maintenance activities on Infrastructure Security Appliances not limited to only Panorama and Palo Alto firewalls
• Managing HA & upgrades on PALO ALTO devices
• Engineer would be working on daily Deployment/Changes
• Managing Break/Fix Incidents & High Priority WAR Rooms
• Monitoring & Operational support for Network ISP Switches & Network
• Engineer will be coordinating with clients through our various internal mechanisms and guiding them for an appropriate solution
• Design and run planned Security Changes & RMA to maintain business continuity
• Maintain detailed technical documentation (e.g. standards, process, Method of Procedures, Run Books)
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Any course - Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering (preferred)
• Graduate of 4-year course
• 7+ years of experience on Networks Security/Infrastructure
• Excellent conceptual & hands-on Experience in Network Security and Cloud Platforms such as Palo Alto & Proxy
• Excellent hands-on experience on Firewall deployment in Datacenter environment
• Good understanding of monitoring tools like Nnmi, Splunk, Openview etc.
