About the Role

Join Knowledge Services as an Instructional Design Sr Consultant, where you'll lead innovative learning, performance, and AI-enabled solutions that help solve complex business challenges and deliver measurable impact. In this role, you'll partner with business leaders and stakeholders to design scalable solutions, advance AI adoption, and drive transformation across the organization.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead learning experience design, Design as a Service (DaaS), and AI-enabled solution initiatives
• Partner with stakeholders to identify business needs, scope solutions, and recommend scalable approaches
• Lead solution design, consulting engagements, and project delivery from discovery through implementation
• Advance AI and emerging technology solutions that enhance learning, performance, and operational effectiveness
• Manage stakeholder relationships, project priorities, risks, and delivery outcomes
• Coach and guide teams on learning design, performance consulting, and AI-enabled solutioning
• Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and organizational capability building
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Experience in instructional design, learning experience design, learning strategy, or performance consulting
• Experience leading strategic projects, cross-functional teams, and complex stakeholder engagements
• Solid expertise in artificial intelligence (AI), including AI concepts, capabilities, applications, trends, and the strategic use of AI to drive business and learning outcomes
• Proven solid consulting, stakeholder management, project scoping, and solution design skills
• Proven ability to translate business needs into scalable, measurable, and financially sound solutions

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Design as a Service, consulting, solution scoping, or billable/project-based engagements
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, platforms, and applications (e.g., generative AI, automation, analytics, or productivity tools)
