Implement, train and monitor systems, procedures, and processes as they relate to the administrative and technical operations of the clinics. Ensure alignment with organizational goals to promote operational efficiency and excellence in patient outcomes.

The Regional Manager oversees administrative operations across multiple Primary Care Plus clinics, ensuring daily functioning, regulatory compliance, and staff performance. The regional clinic manager should have strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently to align clinic operations and patient care with strategic objectives. Rely on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.

If you are located in Metairie, LA, you will have the flexibility to work remotely*, as well as work in the office as you take on some tough challenges.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Principal Responsibilities
    • Oversees the performance of their region, coordinating with clinic managers and supervisors on day-to-day operations, including staff duties, inventory management, adherence to and reporting of operational goals
    • Works with associate medical directors, within assigned regions, assuring alignment of clinical care and operations
    • Serves as a resource to all managers and supervisors regarding issues that impact their departments as well as education and training for all aspects of clinic management
    • Assists with developing, implementing and maintaining administrative policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistency in all clinic processes
    • Assists with analysis, audits, and reports of key performance indicators (KPIs)to executive team in a timely and accurate fashion, develops corrective action plans to help monitor and improve metrics and goals
    • Leverages data-driven analysis and strategiesto optimize clinic performance, improve and maintain quality metrics(HEDIS, STARS, etc.)
    • Supports the development of business plansthat promote clinic growth and success, while contributing to value-based care initiatives and collaborating with clinic managers on special projects
    • Attends meetings, seminars, workshops, and conferences to stay current in clinic operations and standards of care in the community
    • Ensures compliance with federal and state healthcare regulation, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and trends relating to clinic operations
    • Develops and maintain relationships with key external vendors
    • Maintain confidentiality in all matters
    • Assists in the opening of new clinics, EMR project management and performs other duties as assigned
  • Management Responsibilities
    • Monitors clinic performance provides ongoing feedback and measures of success with various metrics
    • Interviews candidates and makes hiring decisions as needed. Hires and trains new staff as needed
    • Identifies opportunities for staff development and coordinates education/training on an individual or group basis as needed
    • Ensure timely review and updating of departmental policies, procedures, training manuals and job descriptions as needed
  • Supervisory Responsibility
    • Supervise Clinic Managers and Clinic Supervisors in designated PC+ clinics

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in clinic or medical office management experience
  • Advanced knowledge of physician practice management, including the requirements for practice start-up, billing, collections, accounts receivable management, employee supervision, and managed care operations
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and demonstrate a strong capacity for working with data and systems
  • Proven expertise in patient relations, physician credentialing, medical office policies and procedures, marketing, coding, and the use of EMR and Practice Management software is essential
  • Proven willing to travel to all clinic locations on a regular basis

  • Experience managing multiple sites

  • Communication skills-Communicates clearly and persuasively, both in writing and orally, in various situations. Exhibits strong presentation skills when conducting meetings, collaborating with teams, or addressing leadership, ensuring clarity and engagement from all parties

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 - $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
