Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist in the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday or Infor CloudSuite modules
• Support data migration, integration, and reporting activities
• Collaborate with business analysts and functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Document technical specifications, configuration steps, SOPs and user guides
• Participate in troubleshooting and resolving ERP-related issues
• Stay up-to-date on platform capabilities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 3+ years relevant experience and basic understanding of ERP concepts and enterprise business processes
• Exposure to programming languages such as SQL, Java, or Python
• Solid analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Willingness to learn and grow in a dynamic ERP environment
• Willingness to work in US business hours

Preferred Qualification:

• Familiarity with Workday Studio, Workday Report Writer, or Infor ION
