Location: 159 Route 25A Suite A Miller Place, NY 11764

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8 AM - 6PM, Fridays and Saturdays 8AM - 4PM

Specialty: Pediatric Ophthalmology and Strabismus


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare patients for examination
  • Take patient assessment, medical history, and visual acuity
  • Performing diagnostic tests involving the eyes and vision
  • Administering Eye Drops
  • Maintain and stock all exam rooms
  • Clean and maintain all instruments
  • Collect and calculate diagnostic data: K readings, refraction, visual fields
  • Assist physician in minor office procedures
  • Assist patients in obtaining prior authorizations for all procedures and medications
  • Return and answer patient phone calls
  • Preparing patients' charts for visit

Required Qualifications:

  • High school education, GED or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of healthcare experience
  • Ability to work Saturday with flexible schedule (8am to 8pm)


Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $16.00 to $25.05 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
