The Account Coordinator is responsible formonitoring operational activities associated with claims and reviews for an assigned book of accounts. This includes product and process education of clients, soliciting additional claim information from clients, providing relevant updates to clients and internal teams, tasks associated with preparing and validating data for billing, troubleshooting and contributing to continuous process improvement efforts. Success comes through strong, collaborative partnerships internally with Operations, Finance, Information Technology, and Account Management partners as well as developing and maintaining deep client partnerships.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Manages ongoing contract relationships and service delivery to clients for one or more accounts
- Acts as outward-facing, dedicated resource for assigned accounts, typically with direct client contact and large or complex accounts
- Build relationships with employer / group clients (not individual members) and serves as the primary point of contact for overall and day - to - day service delivery
- Represents client internally and coordinates with other functions to implement client systems, complete projects, and address ongoing service needs
- Function includes employees who are dedicated on - site service roles
- Contacts clients as appropriate to obtain outstanding data and information
- Troubleshooting and contributing to continuous process improvement efforts
- Responsible for understanding client requirements and must clearly and quickly communicate issues internally and externally
- Researching pertinent information to ensure efficient and timely handling for claim review process
- Responsible for understanding client systems to research claim status and issues
- Understand claim flow and work closely with operations personnel to determine additional information requirements essential to the Forensic Review or Appeal
- Contribute to the development of innovative, practical solutions to solve client and business partner problems
- Prepares, presents and reviews various internal and client reports
- Responsible for working with validation team and billing to resolve issues with EOPs, MTD and claims
- Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 2+ years of experience in a client service position
- 1+ years of Itemized Bill Review (IBR) experience
- 1+ years of experience solving moderately complex problems and/or conducting moderately complex analyses and managing problems to solve
- 1+ years of multi-tasking working experience in a limited direction while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Teams (create, edit, format, pivot tables, calendar management)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare, medical insurance, or billing and coding

- High level of commitment, energy, drive, initiative, creativity and enthusiasm
- Basic skills leading teams and working collaboratively
- Knowledge of supported products and system
- Good verbal and written communication, listening skills
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.89 to $42.69 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
