You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provides high-volume administrative, operational, communications, reporting, and project support to Market Vice Presidents (MVPs), executive and senior leadership teams (ELTs/SLTs), and cross-functional leaders across all eight SCC markets. Working as part of a two-person team, this role independently manages recurring operations and urgent requests, coordinates complex leadership workflows, and continuously reprioritizes competing demands across geographically dispersed markets
  • Deliver executive meeting and business-planning support; manage market administration, access, onboarding, records, and communications; coordinate travel, expenses, sponsorships, conferences, and multi-step events; prepare operational and medical-expense reporting; research process improvements; maintain leadership tools and trackers; and lead specialized initiatives spanning facilities, finance, communications, access governance, productivity reporting, and market engagement
  • Exercises discretion and independent judgment when prioritizing executive requests, researching solutions, interpreting BSL processes, coordinating sensitive system access, and managing workflows involving approvals, vendors, budgets, contracting, and multiple stakeholders. The role sustains executive operating rhythms and information flow across eight markets, directly affecting leadership effectiveness, operational continuity, employee transitions, compliance, and timely business decisions
  • Responsive operational support for MVPs and cross-functional teams in all eight markets
  • Serves as an informed policy and process resource
  • Provides market information governance, communications, and operating infrastructure
  • Owns visible initiatives spanning facilities, finance, communications, governance, and executive follow-through
  • Maintains workforce administration and compliance
  • Organize and plan team meetings, both onsite and virtual by assisting with the production of materials, taking notes, and tracking action items
  • Establish new and improve existing administrative systems and processes
  • Support the operations and culture of various teams across the organization
  • Executes the onboarding and offboarding of employees

Required Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 3+ years of senior level administrative support experience with increasing responsibility
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with Microsoft Office applications to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook - Microsoft 365 and Teams, Power BI, Compass, Secure, Ariba, Concur, Mercury, CVENT, CWT workflows, Trac-IT, PER functional roles, and MyHR

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $34.00 to $60.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
