If you are located in MN, you will follow a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Support month-end and quarter-end close activities for assigned areas of responsibility
- Prepare and analyze journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reporting schedules
- Assist in developing monthly revenue estimates and variance analyses for leadership reporting
- Compile and validate financial information used for regulatory and Medical Loss Ratio reporting
- Analyze revenue, claims, membership, and other key metrics to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Prepare financial summaries and support ad hoc reporting and analysis requests
- Partner with accounting, finance, underwriting, billing, and operational teams to understand business results and identify trends
- Assist with internal and external audit requests

Required Qualifications:
- Currently in the final year of obtaining a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related business field, or graduated within the last two years
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship now or in the future
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting concepts
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3.0 or higher cumulative GPA
- Internship, co-op, or relevant experience in accounting, finance, audit, reporting, or analytics
- Knowledge of U.S. GAAP through coursework or practical experience
- Intermediate Excel skills including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis techniques
- Experience with Hyperion SmartView, Essbase, PeopleSoft, or BlackLine
- Exposure to SQL, SAS, or other data analysis tools
- Demonstrated leadership, communication, and presentation skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $49,700 to $88,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
