The Communications & Marketing Specialist is a member of the Sales Strategy and Planning team that is responsible for ensuring our key stakeholders have the information and resources needed to deliver our value proposition to Medicare consumers and support company growth goals. This role is an exciting opportunity for a well-rounded, savvy individual to impact our business and support our 90,000+ contracted Medicare field agents. This role will support our internal and external communications and seasonal readiness, which includes developing content focused on industry changes, communicating to key stakeholders and planning events. This role will also be responsible for working with cross-functional partners to help optimize outreach and deliver a best-in-class agent experience.

- Writing and editing communications for diverse audiences
- Developing and executing omni-channel communication plans
- Using data and analytics to measure performance and inform strategy
- Collaborating cross-functionally to gain exposure and drive business outcomes
This position follows a hybrid schedule with four in-office days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Communications Development: Support the development of onmi-channel communication plans, including external emails, eNewsletters, social and internal town halls. Write communications that are clear, simple, on brand, grammatically correct, target applicable audience and meet stakeholder needs. Help coordinate review of materials through subject matter experts and AI
- Campaign Management & Implementation: Assist with collecting data and analyzing communication performance, collateral development and campaign execution, help compile and summarize insights and reporting to leaders. Interpret and leverage data to inform communication strategies
- Event Support: Assist the planning and seamless execution of internal events and meetings. Support national and local product launch events with onsite event support, logistics, and project timelines
- Agent Experience: Collaborate with business partners (marketing, creative, product, legal/compliance, operations, digital, data analytics, etc.) to support understanding and implementation of our agent experience efforts

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, marketing or related field from an accredited college / university
- Proven excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to communicate clearly and concisely
- Proven self-motivated and naturally proactive, with a solid sense of initiative and desire to move projects forward
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship, now or in the future, for employment-based work authorization
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 3.00 cumulative GPA
- Basic understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Proficiency in Microsoft office suite including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Interest or knowledge of analyzing data and identifying trends and actionable insights
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
- Demonstrated ability to learn new tools and processes in a dynamic environment
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple priorities and projects
- Proven excellent project management and implementation skills
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $23.41 to $41.83 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
