The Data Analyst - Strategic Enablement plays a critical role by supporting shared and cross-functional services across COVE. This role is designed to provide strategic, analytical, and operational support that ensures high-quality delivery of executive materials, reporting, performance management, and enablement efforts.

This role is focused on strategic enablement activities that directly support the COVE's objectives, including execution of cross-functional deliverables, internal communications, and operational coordination. Additionally, this role draws on foundational COVE Business Analyst responsibilities, ensuring continuity of analytical rigor, reporting, and insight generation as needed.

The Data Analyst - Strategic Enablement role enables COVE to scale shared and cross-functional services with consistency, quality, and efficiency. By directly supporting the Cross-Functional Business Manager, this role strengthens operational maturity, enhances executive readiness, and ensures that strategic insights and enablement efforts are supported by strong analytical foundations.  

This is a hybrid role requiring an average of four (4) in office days per week working from the Minnetonka, MN location.

Primary Responsibilities:

Strategic Enablement & Cross-Functional Support

  • Support the Cross-Functional Business Manager in developing and delivering shared and enterprise-facing outputs, including executive reporting, portfolio updates, and performance narratives
  • Partner closely with the Business Manager to execute reporting, presentations, and materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews, leadership updates, and ad hoc executive requests
  • Assist in coordinating timelines, inputs, and quality checks across multiple teams to ensure consistent, accurate, and on-time delivery of cross-functional work

Performance Management & Metrics Enablement

  • Support development, maintenance, and evolution of KPI reporting, scorecards, and performance frameworks aligned to enterprise priorities
  • Translate performance data into clear insights, trends, and narratives that inform leadership decision-making
  • Partner with stakeholders to validate data accuracy and definitions, ensuring consistency and reliability of reporting

Executive Enablement & Storytelling

  • Develop executive-ready materials, including slides, summaries, and narratives that present complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Apply standard templates, formatting, and storytelling approaches to reduce variation and improve clarity across shared deliverables

Knowledge Management & Operational Excellence

  • Support ongoing management of shared collaboration spaces such as SharePoint by helping maintain organization, governance, and up-to-date content
  • Assist in establishing and refining intake, prioritization, and delivery processes for shared services work
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, efficiency, and scalability across enablement activities

Foundational Data Analyst Support 

  • Analyze operational and experience-related data, including consumer and provider feedback, to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
  • Monitor dashboards, reports, and KPIs to surface insights and support ongoing performance reporting as needed
  • Support high priority ad hoc analysis requests by defining scope, preparing datasets, and delivering clear findings
  • Create basic data visualizations and summaries using PowerPoint and Excel to support storytelling and decision-making

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in operational enablement, business analysis, project management, or a related role within a complex, cross-functional environment
  • Intermediate to Advanced written and verbal communication skills, with experience supporting executive-level deliverables
  • Intermediate to Advanced organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables across shared and cross-functional workstreams
  • Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, including data storytelling and executive-ready presentation development
  • Intermediate analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Live in Minnesota and be able to work in the Minnetonka, MN office

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in the healthcare or health insurance industry, particularly within consumer or provider operations
  • 1+ years of experience supporting or coordinating enterprise-level business reviews, leadership updates, or cross-functional reporting cadences
  • 1+ years of experience working in a command center, operations center, or real-time monitoring environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, data manipulation, formulas) and comfort working across Microsoft 365 tools such as SharePoint, Teams, and Smartsheet
  • Beginning to Intermediate exposure to process improvement initiatives in a matrixed organization

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $60,200 to $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
