Primary Responsibilities:
- Solid working knowledge of Docker and end-to-end container lifecycle management across development, test, and production environments
- Proficient in writing and maintaining YAML configurations; hands-on experience with GitHub Actions for CI/CD pipeline creation and management
- Extensive experience using Terraform for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to provision, configure, and manage cloud infrastructure
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, or equivalent observability platforms
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve production issues, including participation in and ownership of P1 / critical incident management
- Strong understanding of Azure cloud networking, including VNets, subnets, Network Security Groups (NSGs), and private endpoints

Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in building or integrating AI-powered agents or chatbots for DevOps, operations, or platform automation use cases
- 1+ years of strong hands-on experience with Python programing, CI/CD, Azure or similar cloud knowledge
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with AI agent frameworks or low-code/no-code agent builders (e.g., internal AI platforms, Azure OpenAI-based agents, LangChain-style orchestration, or similar tools)
- Experience integrating AI agents with CI/CD pipelines, monitoring systems, ticketing tools, or operational workflows to enable automation, self-service, or intelligent insights
- Understanding of prompt design, API integration, and secure handling of AI services in enterprise environments
- Ability to operationalize AI solutions with observability, security, and governance considerations
- Exposure to DevSecOps, compliance, and security controls in cloud-native environments
- Experience supporting enterprise-scale, business-critical platforms
- Strong collaboration skills across engineering, security, and operations team

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
