The Digital Content Author is responsible for managing all required materials that support the sale of Insurance Solutions Medicare Supplement plans within MS VPP, MS OLE, and eKIH online tools. This role is essential to ensuring that both consumers and agents receive accurate, compliant, and up to date information throughout the enrollment process.
The Digital Content Author oversees a large library of state specific documents-including applications, benefit tables, rate pages, outlines of coverage, and additional required materials-totaling more than 2,000 files. These documents are critical to enabling online enrollment and maintained with precision, timeliness, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely* from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Supporting All Sales Channels OLE Sales, Quality Assurance, Reduce Member Impacts, Meeting Compliance Requirements
- Sole resource on GPD team dedicated to managing Insurance Solutions digital materials
- Source state and territory required materials from Insurance Solutions for digital publishing covering eKIH, MS VPP and MS OLE
- Publish materials in Adobe Experience Manager eKIH, MS VPP and MS OLE to support Insurance Solutions member support and enrollment
- Maintain required business tracking in ECM (IS materials management application)
- Coordinate with IS Digital Materials Consultant for material variations, updates, replacements, and material IDs

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in content publishing
- Experience working in a matrixed, compliance-driven organization
- Advanced or higher level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Has previously worked or is currently working as a contractor placed at UHG or one of its subsidiaries or affiliates
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Communications, Digital, or related field
- Familiarity with content management systems, preferably Adobe Experience Manager
- Knowledge of Medicare products and/or Medicare business
- Team player who can collaborate with different teams and functions
- Excellent organizational, time management, decision-making, and problem-solving skills

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
