The Quality Optimization and Insights (QOI) Audit Engagement team is vital to our success and are leaders in driving the future growth of UnitedHealth Group. In this position, you will work with the QOI Audit Engagement Team staff and support the successful completion of all HEDIS® and EQRO audit review activities.

This position reports to the Associate Director, Audit Engagement
The position can telecommute but requires Eastern or Central time zone working hours
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office for a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform duties as assigned by QOI Audit Engagement Team Associate Director
- Responsible for assisting with the coordination and completion of deliverables across various functional areas
- Demonstrates effective professional verbal and written communication skills in a virtual environment and across time zones
- Identify internal participants for audits as required
- Create tracking tickets in SharePoint and distribute as required
- Document dialog during all meetings as required, capturing key takeaways and follow-up items
- Distribute meeting notes to attendees after meetings
- Document and track issues to ensure resolution with auditor
- Distribute meeting invites and agendas to identified internal participants

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Teams, and One Note
- Designated workplace inside home with reliable internet connection
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience working in virtual environment
- Experience communicating with senior leadership
- Experience with NCQA HEDIS® and/or EQRO audits
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Project and SharePoint

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The hourly pay for this role will range from $29 - $52 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
