Candidates will focus on providing phone support to Sales Representatives by answering general sales support questions and assisting with system navigation.

If you reside near Minnetonka, MN, you will enjoy the flexibility of a hybrid-remote role as you take on some tough challenges.

This position follows a hybrid schedule with 2 days in office, 3 days WFH.

Work Schedule:

  • Operating hours: Monday - Friday 7:00AM - 8:00PM CST local time
  • After training, you will be required to work onsite 2 days per week with remote work for 3 days per week
  • Full-time position with flexibility desired based on the seasonality of our business

Work Location:

  • Fast forward your success by participating in our onsite training program in a standard day shift for 6 weeks
  • Site location: 9800 Health Care Lane, Minnetonka, MN

Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Handling in-bound phone calls professionally and provide excellent customer service  
  • Research and Resolve Sales Agent's questions relating to:  
  • How to use self- service tools and to troubleshoot system issues  
  • Member concerns
  • Medicaid Verification
  • Application Status and Eligibility
  • Onboarding & Certification Process
  • Commission Questions
  • Document Call resolution of each contact in various systems in a clear and concise manner
  • Demonstrate the ability to provide quality experience for all of our customers
  • Meet minimal performance goals on a weekly basis

Required Qualifications: 

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • 1+ years of customer service experience
  • 1+ years of customer service/sales support experience
  • Intermediate level of computer skills including but not limited to knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook, & keyboarding skills
  • Ability to attend all of training (cannot miss any days during training)
  • Ability to pass all Producer Helpdesk certifications during training

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience working in a call center  
  • Experience supporting a sales team or working with sales representatives  
  • Experience navigating a computer while on the phone  
  • Healthcare and/or insurance industry experience  
  • Medicare knowledge  

 Soft Skills:

  • Ability to multi-task
  • Ability to learn new computer applications quickly and toggle between multiple systems  
  • Ability to communicate clearly and concisely (verbally and written)  

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:  

  • Extended periods of sitting at a compute  
  • Use of hands/fingers across keyboard or mouse  
  • Office environment   

Training:  

  • 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday- Friday CST  
  • 6 weeks (Candidates cannot miss any days during training)  
  • A Grammar, Excel and Word Test must be passed with an 80% or higher (with agency)  
  • Once they have completed training, Candidates must be able to:  
    • Pass product certifications annually 
    • Work any shift between 7am CST - 8pm CST 
    • Work on weekends or overtime as requested

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
