The Office Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations and staff oversight, ensuring efficient, compliant, and high-quality service delivery. This role supervises front and back office teams, and clinical support staff, with accountability for staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development.
Key responsibilities include management of front desk operations, patient scheduling, and work queues, as well as monitoring performance metrics such as patient access, wait times, throughput, and satisfaction. The Office Manager ensures adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements, including HIPAA compliance, documentation accuracy, and clinical support standards.
The role also supports revenue cycle functions, including registration accuracy, insurance verification, referrals/authorizations, and point-of-service collections. Additional duties include oversight of office workflows, supply and inventory management, and coordination of day-to-day facility needs.
The Office Manager partners with providers and regional leadership to drive operational improvements, support growth initiatives, and maintain a consistent patient experience. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage competing priorities, solve problems proactively, and foster a collaborative, accountable team environment.
The office is open 6 days per week, with extended hours 5 days per week. Candidate needs to be available to staff during those hours.
Work schedule: 1 evening per week, Monday-Friday 8am-4pm or 9am-5pm. Rotating Saturdays as needed

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of management experience, not required to be specific to healthcare
- Proven comfortable with managing staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development
Preferred Qualification:
- Experience in Internal Medicine and Family Medicine
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
