As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll work with the brightest minds in the business and find yourself digging deep to find the solutions to help people live healthier lives. You'll be responsible for analyzing, reviewing and forecasting data for operational and business planning to impact the health care system. As the subject matter expert, you will be accountable for overseeing Member Operations for Integrated Products, with a particular emphasis on IB Duals and MAP. The role involves close collaboration with our Regulator, Compliance, and Operations colleagues to ensure all member-facing materials, including call scripts, FAQs, handbooks, websites, and complaint handling, are managed promptly and with exceptional attention to detail.

If you are located in New York Metropolitan, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges. This position is remote with 15% field travel within New York territory.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze, review, forecast and trend complex data
• Present analysis and recommendations for operational and business review/planning
• Support short- and long-term operational/strategic business activities through analysis
• Develop, recommend and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes

This is a complex, fast-paced, matrixed environment with a lot of moving parts. The challenge is in developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. You'll be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of business or financial analysis experience
• 2+ years of experience in Medicare and Medicaid
• Solid working knowledge of relational databases and database structures
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Microsoft Excel, MS Teams)
• Willing to travel within NY territory 15% of the time

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
