Location: 1200 Route 300, Newburgh, NY

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:30 AM-2:30 PM | No weekends or holidays

We are seeking an Endoscopy Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team in Newburgh, NY. This role offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced physicians, registered nurses, and clinical staff in a fast-paced, team-oriented endoscopy center. The LPN will play a key role in supporting patient care before, during, and after procedures while gaining valuable training and professional development opportunities. This position offers hands-on experience assisting with procedures, participating in patient recovery, learning endoscope reprocessing, and receiving IV training, all while working a predictable weekday schedule with no weekends or holidays.

Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Assist with patient recovery under the direction and supervision of the Registered Nurse
  • Support physicians during endoscopic procedures, including assisting in procedure rooms and collecting specimens
  • Prepare procedure rooms, equipment, and supplies to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Monitor and support patients throughout their care experience
  • Participate in the reprocessing and cleaning of endoscopic scopes following established protocols and training
  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records
  • Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, and clinical support staff to provide exceptional patient care
  • Participate in IV training and ongoing clinical development opportunities
  • Adhere to all infection prevention, safety, and regulatory guidelines

Required Qualifications:

  • Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the State of New York
  • 1+ years of experience as an LPN
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment
  • Demonstrated solid communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to travel to the West Nyack location approximately 1-2 times per month, as needed

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $20.00 - $36.00 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
