As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, and maintain secure, scalable, and reliable software solutions across front-end, back-end, data, and integration layers. You will work independently on assigned features and components, collaborate closely with product, architecture, quality, operations, and business partners, and apply modern engineering practices to deliver high-quality customer and business outcomes.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, code, test, debug, document, deploy, and support full-stack applications and services using modern software engineering practices
• Deliver assigned user stories, features, APIs, user interfaces, integration flows, and backend services with clear acceptance criteria and measurable quality outcomes
• Build and maintain Java/Spring Boot microservices, REST APIs, event-driven integrations using Kafka or equivalent messaging platforms, and related persistence layers
• Develop, enhance, and support front-end capabilities using React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and reusable UI patterns where applicable
• Use relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, or equivalent platforms to design data access patterns, validate data flows, and support troubleshooting
• Apply secure coding, privacy, accessibility, resiliency, performance, and observability practices throughout design and delivery
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, code scanning, deployment automation, containerization, and environment readiness
• Instrument applications with logging, monitoring, tracing, dashboards, and diagnostics to support operational transparency and faster issue resolution
• Investigate defects, non-standard requests, production issues, and system behaviors using data, logs, metrics, and root-cause analysis techniques
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, backlog refinement, design discussions, code reviews, demos, release planning, and production checkouts
• Continuously improve engineering patterns, reusable components, test coverage, documentation, and technical debt reduction within the assigned product area
• Collaborate with senior engineers and architects on solution options, tradeoffs, dependencies, impacts, and implementation plans
• Mentor associate engineers or peers on coding practices, design patterns, tooling, quality practices, and effective use of AI-assisted development where appropriate
• Comply with employment contract terms, company policies, procedures, security requirements, and all directives that may apply to role, work location, work environment, or team assignment

• Use approved GenAI tools, including Copilot or equivalent enterprise-authorized tools, to accelerate ideation, code generation, test generation, documentation, debugging, and productivity improvements
• Apply AI-assisted development techniques responsibly to improve code clarity, maintainability, testability, and engineering flow while validating outputs before use
• Develop scripts, utilities, workflow automations, and internal productivity accelerators that reduce repetitive work and improve engineering effectiveness
• Follow responsible AI, privacy, security, intellectual property, and data handling expectations when using AI tools
• Stay current with emerging GenAI engineering practices, prompt patterns, agentic workflows, and AI-enabled SDLC opportunities relevant to assigned products

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-enabled or automation-enabled solutions using approved no-code, low-code, and advanced engineering platforms where they create measurable value
• Translate business needs into fit-for-purpose technical solutions that improve product capabilities, workflows, decision support, operational efficiency, or developer productivity

• Prototype quickly, validate assumptions with stakeholders, and convert successful prototypes into maintainable, secure, and scalable solutions

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, graduate degree, or equivalent practical experience in computer science, engineering, information technology, or a related field
• B.E, B.Tech, MCA
• 3+ years of hands-on experience building software using Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs, and object-oriented design principles
• 3+ years of experience with event-driven or asynchronous integration patterns using Kafka, Azure Event Hubs, or similar messaging platforms
• 3+ years of experience with SQL and/or NoSQL data stores such as MongoDB, Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or equivalent platforms
• Working knowledge of testing practices including unit testing, integration testing, automation, test data preparation, and defect validation
• Working knowledge of CI/CD, source control, branching strategies, code review, build pipelines, deployment practices, containers, and environment promotion
• Demonstrated ability to independently prioritize assigned work, manage dependencies, meet commitments, and communicate risks or blockers early
• Demonstrated ability to use data, logs, metrics, facts, and stakeholder inputs to investigate issues, validate assumptions, and solve engineering problems
• Demonstrated ability to explain technical topics clearly to peers, product partners, QA, operations, and leadership audiences as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Foundational experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP, including deployment, configuration, or operational support of cloud-hosted applications
• Experience with healthcare claims, benefits, authorization, or clinical platforms
• Experience with Facets, CSP, or related healthcare modernization platforms
• Experience with container platforms and orchestration such as Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with observability tools such as Splunk, Grafana, Prometheus
• Experience with front-end development using React, Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, or comparable frameworks
• Experience with API design, domain-driven design, distributed systems, resiliency patterns, caching, performance tuning, and system design fundamentals
• Experience with AI-assisted SDLC practices, GitHub Copilot, Microsoft Copilot, prompt engineering, test generation, code explanation, or productivity automation
• Experience creating technical documentation such as design notes, API specifications, troubleshooting guides, runbooks, or operational readiness checklists
• Familiarity with visualization, reporting, or analytics tools that support engineering, operational, or product decision-making
