As a Business Analyst, you will partner closely with business leaders, clients, and operational teams to translate complex questions into actionable insights that improve outcomes, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.

This role is business‑first and insight‑driven. While you will leverage analytics and reporting tools, your primary responsibility is to understand business needs, shape the right questions, and deliver insights that inform decisions. You will act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, ensuring reporting and analysis clearly communicates what is happening, why it matters, and what actions should be taken.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Business Partnership and Analysis
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand client needs, operational challenges, and strategic objectives
  • Analyze complex business scenarios and translate them into clear analytical questions and success measures
  • Provide consultative support to leaders and clients by interpreting data and explaining implications, trade‑offs, and risks
• Insights and Decision Support
  • Design and deliver executive, operational, product, and KPI dashboards that support business planning and decision‑making
  • Translate data into clear insights, trends, and recommendations, not just metrics
  • Support short‑ and long‑term operational and strategic initiatives through structured analysis
• Reporting and Enablement
  • Own and evolve recurring operational, client contractual, and regulatory reporting to ensure accuracy, clarity, and business relevance
  • Partner with technology and analytics teams to ensure reporting solutions are scalable, automated, and aligned to business priorities
  • Ensure reporting outputs are trusted, well‑documented, and easy for business users to interpret
• Stakeholder and Delivery Management
  • Independently manage stakeholder relationships, requirements gathering, and expectation‑setting
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to internal and external partners
  • Produce clear documentation that explains business logic, assumptions, and definitions used in analysis
• Execution and Quality
  • Deliver work with solid attention to detail, meeting turnaround‑time (TAT) expectations in a deadline‑driven environment
  • Ensure high quality and consistency in all analytical outputs
  • Comfortable supporting business needs across day or evening shifts as required by client timelines
• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Business and Analytical Experience
  • 3+ years of experience in business analysis, analytics, reporting, or related roles
  • Demonstrated experience working directly with business stakeholders to support decision‑making
  • Proven solid analytical skills with the ability to synthesize large datasets into meaningful insights
• Technical and Reporting Foundations (Enablers, not the focus)
  • Experience using BI tools (Power BI or Tableau) to communicate insights through dashboards
  • Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases to support analysis and validation
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, Power Query; VBA experience preferred)
  • Demonstrated ability to create clear, executive‑ready PowerPoint presentations
• Professional Skills
  • Proven solid verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to explain complex data concepts in business terms
  • Proven self‑motivated and comfortable working independently or in a team environment
  • Proven solid attention to detail and accountability for outputs

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting executive or client‑facing analytics
• Exposure to Azure, Python, or modern data platforms
• Familiarity with regulated or contractual reporting environments
