As a Member RISK (Member Gap Management) Data Analyst, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the process design, development and enhancement of new analytical applications related prospective business to Medicare/Medicaid Member Risk Score, CPG, RAF for prospective business client as well as supporting existing applications such as RISK and RAF.

This position is for OI Clinical Solutions - RISK team and upon selection, you will be part of dynamic team working on developing and delivering Best in-class Analytics for end users. Your work will focus on understanding CMS Medicare Advantage business and developing best in-class Analytics for OI Clinical Solutions - RISK team according to Business/Technical requirements. Here are the key responsibilities, qualities and experience we will look for in an ideal candidate:

Primary Responsibilities:

• Analyze business and/ or functional requirements from 1 or more client business teams
• Designing, Developing and delivering Best in-class Analytics for end users using Cloud platforms
• Document, discuss and resolve business, data, data processing / reporting issues within the team, across functional teams, and with business stakeholders
• Present written and verbal data analysis findings, to both the project team and business stakeholders as required to support the requirements gathering phase and issue resolution activities
• Manage changing business priorities and scope and work on multiple projects concurrently Self - motivated and proactive with the ability to work in a fast - paced environment
• Ensuring adherence to Agile methodologies and fostering a culture of continuous improvement

• Active participation in PI (Program Increment) planning

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Domain Certifications - AHM250 or equivalent
• Mandatory Tech Skills/Experience:
• 4+ years of solid work experience with Python, Pyspark, HIVE, Dalta Lake Tables and solid experience in developing Analytics at scale using Python, Pyspark, Dalta Lake on Azure HDInsight/ Kubernetes
• 4+ years of solid work experience in developing E2E Analytics pipeline on Azure Cloud platform
• 4+ years of solid work experience - Ability to convert Business requirements into technical requirements and ability to develop Best in class code as per Technical/Business requirements
• 2+ years of solid work experience on Azure Cloud - HDInsight, Databricks, Terraform, ADF, Kubernetes, Micro Services, Blob storage and Azure Functions
• Understanding and hands-on experience on AI tools like CoPilot, Codex, ChatGPT etc.
• Understanding of Medicare risk adjustment programs
• Understanding of CMS datasets such as MMR/MOR/EDPS/Claims etc.
