Primary Responsibilities:

The individual in this role will act as an individual contributor and will be responsible for:

• Scoping and defining requirements in partnership with business stakeholders
• Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, translating findings into actionable recommendations
• Validate data pipelines and provide design inputs to build scalable data and analytics processes/data flows
• Leading the team of 5-8 Data Analysts and BI experts
• Team management and Stakeholder management
• Provide quality checks to ensure high standard and accurate data
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance through structured validation, monitoring, and controls
• Working closely with Optum Tech engineers to deliver high quality Data Products
• Supporting multiple business teams, including Rebates , Networks and Underwriting
• Maintaining and enhancing the core Rebate Estimate Data Product, which underpins multiple downstream reporting streams
• Supporting ongoing Data Quality initiatives across the team
• New Databricks Application development

Required Qualification:

• Solid experience in leadership communication and Storytelling
