The Product Owner/Delivery Lead hybrid role serves as a single point of accountability, owning AI Forward marketing use case requirements and the Rally backlog while driving end‑to‑end delivery of the associated use cases.

Manages a specific good or service available externally on the market that can be sold stand-alone, and that directly generates revenue. Responsible for the full product lifecycle management, including: strategy, design, development, management and end of life of new, existing or acquisition products. Leverage market insights to understand market/customer needs to identify new opportunities or make adjustments to current product offerings. Accountable for delivering product performance against expectations and updates changes to a product portfolio to improve competitive position, and optimal product performance to meet customer and market needs. Accountable to and/or own the P&L. Partner with internal or external stakeholders (key customers, product partnerships, etc.) to define and drive future product direction. Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and success metrics for AI-driven solutions
  • Own end‑to‑end delivery of AI use cases, translating use case goal into clear tactical steps, delivery plans, status updates, exec documentation and runbooks
  • Own AI use case requirements and the Rally backlog
  • Gather and refine requirements, features and user stories to ensure they are clearly written, properly structured, and ready for technical delivery
  • Identify opportunities to combine, simplify, or adjust features and stories to accelerate value delivery across teams
  • Facilitate demos, incorporate feedback into backlog refinement, and ensure delivered work meets intent
  • Ensure work is accurately classified (defect, enhancement, or net‑new) to support effective planning and reporting Partner closely with engineering, business partners, and stakeholders to prioritize work and align on outcomes
  • Build and maintain solid relationships with stakeholders, team members, and partners, ensuring the right people are engaged at the right time
  • Works with less structured, more complex issues
  • Serves as a resource to others
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years of product management / product development experience within healthcare industry
  • 2+ years of experience in AI Driven products
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements and user stories to support scoping and building complex products
  • Experience translating business needs into actionable requirements and managing backlogs in Rally
  • Implementation or migration experience
  • Proven strategic thinker able to connect business goals to clear execution priorities
  • Proven solid leader with the ability to manage team engagement and capacity across initiatives
  • Proven ability to influence and collaborate across business, marketing, and technology teams
  • Proven clear, confident communicator with solid presentation skills
  • Proven solid critical‑thinking skills to simplify complex needs into executable work
