We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Business Analytics & Reporting (BAR) team, supporting OGA Payment Integrity BI (PIBI) initiatives. This role is responsible for ensuring the stability, reliability, and performance of enterprise reporting solutions while delivering high-quality analytics support across executive, operational, product, and KPI dashboards.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Manage and administer Power BI workspaces, ensuring secure access, governance, and compliance across the reporting environment
• Create, maintain, and optimize Power BI roles, user permissions, and Row-Level Security (RLS) implementations
• Design, develop, and support interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualization solutions for business stakeholders
• Serve as a Business Intelligence subject matter expert, leveraging PL-300 and DP-600 certifications to drive analytics best practices
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable BI and reporting solutions
• Develop and optimize advanced SQL queries, views, stored procedures, and data transformation logic to support reporting and analytics needs
• Utilize Snowflake for data modeling, performance optimization, data integration, and enterprise analytics solutions
• Perform data validation, root cause analysis, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and reporting reliability
• Manage and maintain GitHub repositories, ensuring proper version control, code documentation, and deployment practices
• Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reduce manual effort
• Partner with cross-functional teams to identify reporting opportunities and deliver actionable business insights
• Mentor team members on Power BI, SQL, Snowflake, data governance, and BI best practices
• Monitor report performance, investigate issues, and implement optimization strategies to improve user experience
• Ensure adherence to data security, governance, and enterprise reporting standards
• Support end-to-end analytics delivery, including requirement gathering, development, testing, deployment, and production support
• Stay current with emerging technologies in Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Snowflake, and Business Intelligence platforms

Required Qualifications:

• Certifications: Power BI PL-300, Snowflake (Pro) and Azure Cloud
• 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Reporting Support, with a proven track record of supporting enterprise BI environments in production support roles 
• Knowledge of Power BI Administration and Workspace Management
• Knowledge of RLS & Security Microsoft Fabric
• Knowledge of Azure Cloud and GitHub
• Knowledge of advanced SQL, Snowflake and Data Modeling
• Business Intelligence, Analytics, Data Governance, Dashboard Development, DevOps & Version Control

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in Data Engineering / ETL pipelines (ADF, Databricks - preferred)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools, ticketing systems (Rally/JIRA)
• Solid understanding of data models and reporting layers
• Solid expertise in advanced BI Solution along with solid understanding of database (SQL and Snowflake)
