Development of PI Analytics savings frameworks, develop methodology to publish savings from clinical & non-clinical value streams detection engines, including key metrics as identified vs. realized savings, leakage prevention, accuracy rates and claim-level attribution. Enables automated financial reconciliation, audit-ready reporting, and near real-time performance dashboards. Includes infrastructure modernization and cloud migration using cloud-native architectures.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end SAS development lifecycle (development, testing, deployment, and maintenance) on Unix platforms, ensuring optimized and reusable code
- Manage independent project delivery with full ownership, including requirement understanding, stakeholder coordination, and end-to-end documentation
- Collaborate with business analysts, data scientists, and domain SMEs to translate business needs into scalable analytics and BI solutions
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards (Tableau/other tools) to support performance tracking and leadership decision-making
- Leverage AI/ML models for proactive data quality assurance, intelligent anomaly detection, and automated root cause analysis to minimize defects and data gaps
- Drive continuous process improvement using AI-driven insights and predictive analytics to enhance data quality, operational efficiency, and defect reduction
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and governance standards through AI-enabled monitoring, automated validation frameworks, and audit controls
- Enhance system performance using AI-assisted query optimization, intelligent troubleshooting, and automated resolution of database performance and integrity issues
- Deliver high-quality, error-free outputs while managing multiple priorities effectively
Demonstrate solid communication and stakeholder management, including leading discussions, presentations, and cross-functional coordination

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Operational Research, Business Analytics, Applied Mathematics/Statistics, or a related quantitative field
6+ years of experience in SAS (including Advanced SAS, SAS Macros), SQL, and Teradata - 4+ years of experience in Data Visualization and BI reporting (Tableau or other BI tools)
- 4+ years of experience in Quality Analysis and Automation
- Hands-on experience with ETL processes, Unix shell scripting, and stored procedures
- Proficiency in Python/PySpark and Microsoft Excel/PowerPoint
- Familiarity with version control tools such as GitHub
- Proven solid expertise in data processing and warehousing technologies including Teradata and Snowflake
