Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable full stack applications that solve complex business and healthcare/enterprise challenges
• Build modern, responsive, and user-friendly web applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3
• Develop and maintain scalable backend services, REST APIs, and microservices using Go (Golang), Python, and modern frameworks
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, UX designers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into high-quality technical solutions
• Design and optimize APIs and integration services to support enterprise-scale applications and seamless data exchange
• Develop solutions leveraging cloud-native technologies, microservices architecture, and event-driven systems
• Work with databases, messaging platforms (Kafka), and distributed systems to build reliable and high-performing applications
• Ensure application quality, security, scalability, and maintainability through automated testing, code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and engineering best practices
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both frontend and backend components of the application stack
• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives, backlog grooming, and release activities
• Build and deploy applications on Azure, utilizing Docker, Kubernetes (AKS), and DevOps automation
• Stay current with modern web development practices, React ecosystem advancements, and emerging technologies to drive innovation and continuous improvement

• Foster a collaborative engineering culture through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and promoting a team-first mindset

• Comply with all applicable Company policies, procedures, and business directives, changes including those relating to work location, team assignments, work schedules, and flexible work arrangements

Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks, prompt engineering, or agent-based systems
• Experience working in healthcare or regulated environments (PHI/PII awareness)
• Experience using AI-powered developer tools to accelerate development and improve productivity
• Knowledge of data engineering pipelines
• Familiarity with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and integrating AI services into web applications
• Proven exposure to distributed systems, Kubernetes, or containerized deployments
• Proven AI innovation initiatives
• Proven solid communication skills with the ability to explain complex AI concepts to stakeholders
