Primary Responsibilities:

• Full Stack Development
  • Develop enterprise web applications using .NET Core, Angular/React, JavaScript, and jQuery
  • Build RESTful APIs, Microservices, and scalable backend services
  • Ensure responsive UI/UX with high performance and cross-browser compatibility
• Azure Cloud and End to End Development
  • Design and deploy applications using Azure Web Apps (App Service)
  • Develop serverless solutions using Azure Functions
  • Implement API management using Azure API Management
  • Use Azure Storage (Blob, Queue, Table) for scalable storage solutions
  • Configure Azure Key Vault for secure credential and secrets management
  • Implement authentication and authorization using Azure AD
  • Deploy solutions using Azure DevOps / GitHub CI-CD pipelines
  • Monitor applications using Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics
  • Use Azure Service Bus/Event Grid for event-driven architectures
• Security, Compliance & Guardrails
  • Design and enforce end-to-end application security architecture across UI, APIs, data, and cloud layers
  • Implement secure coding practices and perform code reviews aligned with enterprise security standards
  • Apply zero trust security model including identity-based access and least privilege principles
  • Enforce role-based access control and policy-based governance across Azure resources
  • Define and implement guardrails for data protection, especially for sensitive data (PII/PHI)
  • Integrate DevSecOps practices into CI/CD pipelines (security scanning, vulnerability checks, secrets detection)
• Database Architrcture and Desing
  • Design and manage SQL Server databases
  • Work with PostgreSQL for semi-structured data models
  • Build ETL pipelines using Azure Data Factory
  • Implement data lakes and analytics using Azure Data Lake and Synapse/Azure Analytics
• AI/ML Capabilities
  • Implement AI use cases such as sentiment analysis and text summarization
  • Integrate AI services and APIs into applications
  • Work with Copilot and Agentic AI-based development approaches
• Architecture and Delivery
  • Translate business requirements into scalable architecture
  • Lead design discussions and ensure best practices in microservices, APIs, and distributed systems
  • Deliver solutions using Agile/Scrum methodology
• Generally work is self-directed and not prescribed.  Works with less structured, more complex issues
• Serves as a resource to others
• Can work through ambiguity

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 7+ years of experience in designing and delivering enterprise-scale web applications on Azure cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience with Azure ecosystem including App Services, Functions, Storage, Data Services, and CI/CD (Azure DevOps/GitHub), along with cloud architecture and microservices design
• Solid understanding of DevOps, AI/ML integration, and application security, including secure coding, cloud security best practices, and enterprise compliance standards
• Proven solid expertise in full-stack development using .NET Core, Angular/React, JavaScript, and SQL Server, with proven ability to build end-to-end cloud-native solutions (UI, APIs, backend, data, and deployment pipelines)
• Demonstrated ability to work independently with stakeholders/clients, translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, and deliver using Agile/Scrum methodologies
