Primary Responsibilities:

• Performing the DevOps activities - CI/CD & automation of code pipelines, AWS infrastructure SME, environmental builds - code deployment, environment support and monitoring, participate in release management activities, participate in vendor relationship management activities - internal and external, asset consolidation and management activities, Product lifecycle management - including the software, hardware & COTS upgrades as part of the product operations team
• Establish DevOps Engineer team best practices
• Manage code deployments, fixes, updates and related processes
• Work with open-source technologies as needed

• Work with CI and CD tools, and source control such as GIT and SVN

• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

• Graduate degree or equivalent experience
• Engineering Graduate
• 6+ years of IT experience on DevOps
• 3+ years of continuous integration experience (for example tools like Github Action) with knowledge on groovy scripting
• Experience in OpenShift Enterprise deployments (YAML) OR Docker scripting, and bash scripting, Kubernetes, AWS DevOps, GitOps
• Experience with programmatic interaction with database - MySQL, Oracle, SQL server, preferably a Dynatrace configuration and Splunk to query the indexes
• Experience with project management and workflow tools such as Agile, Jira, WorkFront, Scrum/Kanban/SAFe, etc
• Knowledge of scripting languages such as Java, JavaScript, Perl, Ruby, Python, PHP, Groovy, Bash
• Proven solid in Linux/Unix commands, Networking and System Design

Preferred Qualification:

• Terraform & Chef exposure
