Primary Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable, resilient, and high-performance software solutions using Go, Python, Databricks, and cloud-native technologies
- Build and support critical engineering solutions that power the organization's contact center operations, ensuring exceptional performance, reliability, and customer experience
- Lead the design and implementation of real-time event-driven architectures leveraging Apache Kafka and distributed systems patterns
- Develop and maintain secure, scalable, and reusable RESTful APIs and microservices that integrate with enterprise platforms and customer-facing applications
- Leverage Databricks and enterprise data platforms to build robust data pipelines, analytics solutions, and operational insights
- Utilize Generative AI (GenAI), AI/ML capabilities, and intelligent automation to improve business processes, engineer productivity, customer experiences, and operational efficiency
- Identify opportunities to embed AI-driven solutions into daily engineering workflows, operational support processes, and contact center capabilities
- Develop and support solutions within the Google ecosystem, including Dialogflow (DF), CES, GECX, and related enterprise platforms
- Ensure systems, applications, and integrations are peak-season ready by proactively driving scalability, performance testing, capacity planning, resiliency improvements, and disaster recovery preparedness
- Monitor system health, troubleshoot production issues, and continuously improve platform reliability, observability, and operational excellence
- Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines, source control standards, and development best practices using GitHub
- Partner closely with Product, Operations, Contact Center, Data Engineering, and Architecture teams to deliver innovative technology solutions
- Lead technical design discussions, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers on modern engineering practices and emerging technologies
Champion software quality, security, automation, performance optimization, and engineering excellence across the organization
- Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:
- Fulltime graduation degree
- Solid experience designing and developing RESTful APIs, microservices, and scalable application architectures
- Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka and event-driven systems
- Proven experience developing and supporting solutions on Databricks and large-scale data platforms
- Experience with Google technologies including Dialogflow (DF), CES, GECX, and related cloud services
- Experience supporting highly available, customer-facing platforms with strict performance and reliability requirements
- Solid understanding of Generative AI, AI/ML technologies, and practical experience incorporating AI-powered capabilities into software products or engineering processes
- Advanced proficiency in Go (Golang) and Python
- Demonstrated expertise with GitHub Enterprise, CI/CD pipelines, source control management, and automated deployment processes
- Proven excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Proven solid verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams
