Primary Responsibilities:

  • Provide Tier 3 infrastructure support for complex systems, virtualization, storage, and Citrix. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot physical and virtual Windows servers in enterprise environments
  • Perform patching, vulnerability remediation, security hardening, and software updates in accordance with enterprise standards. Administer Microsoft 365 services, Windows Server, and third‑party applications. Support both project initiatives and operational incidents
  • Administer and optimize Citrix infrastructure to ensure performance and availability. Manage enterprise storage, backup, and recovery platforms. Ensure high availability through proactive monitoring, automation, and resilient system design. Develop automation to reduce manual effort and operational risk via, but not limited to PowerShell, Puppet, Ansible and AI platforms
  • Supported 50+ practice sites for a Care Delivery Organization (CDO), with scope expanding to multiple CDOs through cross‑team collaboration
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of hands-on experience in Windows Server administration, including system design, configuration, installation, and advanced troubleshooting
  • 5+ years of IT operations experience with deep expertise administering VMware and Citrix infrastructures
  • Solid experience monitoring and maintaining enterprise system hardware and virtualization platforms
  • Proven experience with SAN and NAS storage technologies, backup solutions, and disaster recovery practices
  • PowerShell scripting experience to automate administrative tasks and operational workflows
  • Experience supporting large, distributed environments with multiple sites and complex infrastructure dependencies
  • Experience designing and implementing automated processes to improve efficiency, reliability, and system availability
  • Proven detail-oriented, self-motivated professional who excels at solving complex end-user and system-level problems
  • Demonstrated solid ability to work independently while collaborating across infrastructure, security, application, and operations teams
  • Demonstrated ability to identify departmental needs, assess technical gaps, and recommend scalable solutions

Preferred Qualification:

  • Proven moderate level of networking skills, and CCNA certification
