Primary Responsibilities:

• Designing and implementing observability strategies across distributed systems and cloud-native environments
• Deploying and maintaining monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry, Dynatrace, and Splunk
• Developing automated alerting systems using AI/ML-based anomaly detection
• Creating dashboards and visualizations for real-time system health and performance insights
• Implementing distributed tracing and log aggregation to support root cause analysis and performance tuning
• Collaborating with DevOps and SRE teams to integrate observability into CI/CD pipelines
• Optimizing system performance based on telemetry data (metrics, logs, traces)
• Driving proactive incident detection and resolution through telemetry analysis
• Supporting compliance and security monitoring through observability tooling

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in observability, DevOps, or site reliability engineering
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Go, Python, Java)
• Proficiency in observability tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, Glassbox, Datadog and Grafana
• Solid understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and telemetry data (metrics, logs, traces)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
