Join a collaborative Agile team to develop and maintain scalable Java applications, perform technical analysis, translate business requirements into effective solutions, and drive continuous delivery through modern CI/CD and DevOps practices.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy AI-driven software solutions
• Collaborate within a 4-6-member Scrum team to deliver high-quality applications
• Partner with engineers, managers, and stakeholders to define technical solutions and priorities
• Ensure code quality through testing, reviews, and documentation
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and improve application reliability
• Mentor team members on coding standards and architecture best practices
• Explore emerging technologies and conduct Proof of Concepts (POCs)
• Participate in an on-call rotation and support critical production systems

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related field
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience:
  • Domain & System: Healthcare, payer knowledge, facets
  • Languages & Services: Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, Microservices
  • Databases: SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL, DB2, etc.)
  • Cloud: HCC Kubernetes, Azure
  • Messaging System: Kafka
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI/ML technologies or AI-driven application development
• Cloud platform experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
• Knowledge of monitoring tools such as Splunk, Datadog, or Elastic APM
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
