Primary Responsibilities:

  • Build interactive prototypes that simulate real product behavior
  • Explore and validate complex UX patterns through code
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to transition prototypes into production
  • Push the quality of motion, responsiveness, and micro-interactions
  • Partner with UX research to test concepts rapidly
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Act as a bridge between UX, product, and engineering teams
    • Advocate for experience quality throughout the development lifecycle
    • Help teams make informed trade-offs between design intent and technical constraints
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in UX, Product Design, or Interaction Design with front-end experience
  • Experience building interactive, code-based prototypes (Codex, Claude, Make)
  • Familiarity with design systems, tokens, and scalable UI patterns
  • Proficiency in front-end technologies (React, HTML/CSS, component-based architecture)
  • Proven solid visual and interaction design skills (layout, hierarchy, usability)
  • Proven solid attention to detail, especially in interaction, motion, and state behavior
  • Ability to communicate design intent clearly and collaborate across disciplines
  • Ability to move between design exploration and implementation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in enterprise or complex workflow-driven applications
  • Experience working with analytics, data visualization, and reporting
  • Experience of collaborating closely with engineering teams in agile environments
  • Familiarity with accessibility standards and inclusive design practices
  • Exposure to motion design, micro interactions, or advanced UI behaviors
  • Understanding of performance considerations in front-end implementation

Tools & Skills (Desired):

  • Front-end technologies: React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Design tools: Figma (including prototyping capabilities)
  • Design systems and component libraries
  • Prototyping and interaction modeling using code
  • Solid collaboration and communication skills
