The Sr. Director, Supply Chain Management is a new position responsible for the development of cohesive strategies and the execution of the supporting tactical plans that will transform the Kelsey Seybold supply chain organization into a modern, center-led supply chain organization that delivers superior value. The Sr. Director, Supply Chain Management is responsible for planning and directing the Clinic's overall supply chain and logistics strategy, operations, policies, objectives, and initiatives to maximize process efficiency, productivity, and financial impact. This position is responsible for the development and implementation of strategic sourcing and purchasing initiatives that support aggressive current and future organic growth. In addition to recruiting and building a team, the Sr Director will be responsible for driving savings, creating value, and supporting the objectives of the organization while working to manage key stakeholders and strive for buy-in across the organization. In addition to building and leading strategic sourcing and procurement programs, the Sr Director will also be responsible for spend diagnostics, target setting, RFI/RFP processes, negotiations, contracting, supplier management, and demand management. Also responsible for the organization's inventory, warehousing, distribution and transportation functions

Required Qualifications:
- BA in Supply Chain Management, project management, cost accounting, finance, e-business/e-procurement systems, or relevant field
- 10+ years of experience with progressive accountability in supply chain management in a business with distributed field operations of 20+ locations, and full budgetary responsibility. - Proven business acumen and leadership experience typical of a top functional executive
- Experience with supply chain management software (such as SAP MM, AP Modules, SAP Plant Maintenance, etc.) - Experience with procurement operations, particularly P2P process and systems. Experience producing successful results through demand management/utilization and spend rationalization required
- Experience building process and organization capability with scale, including recruiting and hiring a high-performing team
- Experience managing a wide variety of internal and external stakeholders, including leadership and clinical operations - Broad supply chain exposure, including experience with inventory and storeroom management and development of related vendor relationships
- Demonstrated leadership qualities including focus on results delivery, self-reliant and hands-on as necessary, and able to successfully create, implement, and lead cross functional business processes - Ability to craft, understand and negotiate legal contracts for procurement and supply chain
- Proven to maintain a safe environment, where everyone feels respected, empowered, and free to express their constructive thoughts and feelings
- Proven to fosters an environment of creativity and innovation, focusing on the empowerment and support of staff through tools and continuous process improvement
- Proven ability to influence results without direct authority in a matrixed environment, with both internal and external stakeholders including vendors
Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree or MBA
- Healthcare services experience
- Experience with clinical and/or physician materials and supplies is a plus, including managing distributors (Cardinal Health, McKesson, etc.) and GPOs (Vizient, Premier, HealthTrust)
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 - $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
