Primary Responsibilities:

  • The Senior Manager of Access will be responsible for designing, developing and optimizing Kelsey-Seybold's Access product including template design & management as well as referrals management
  • This role requires a depth of experience in managing provider templates, strong analytical skills to determine gaps and develop predictive analytics, as well as strong leadership skills with experience engaging and managing senior leaders and, most notably, physician across the organization

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a strategic leadership or management role in the Healthcare Industry and Access Management
  • Solid analytical / problem solving skills (root cause analysis). Expertise in presenting data in a simple way to tell a story
  • Solid relationship skills, especially with physicians
  • Solid attention to detail and follow-up
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Project and Outlook


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Epic Healthcare system
  • Experience or familiarity with Microsoft Access
  • Experience with Epic Healthcare system

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
