  • Serve as the primary onshore coordination point between engineering, implementation, clinical, and business stakeholders
  • Enable timely client implementations and production support by addressing dependencies that offshore teams cannot access or resolve
  • Reduce delivery risk, compliance exposure, and execution delays associated with regulated BH programs

You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear directions on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years of experience in technical product management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AI & Tooling Skills
    • Technical product execution experience supporting payer and/or government healthcare programs

    • Ability to translate regulatory, contractual, and operational requirements into clear product requirements
    • Experience coordinating delivery across engineering, implementation, clinical, and business teams
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and diverse stakeholders
  • Compliance & Delivery Skills
    • Understanding of data handling, access controls, and offshore delivery constraints
    • Ability to ensure compliant execution in payer, Medicaid, Medicare, or other government regulated contexts
    • Proven skills in identifying delivery risks early and driving timely resolution to avoid implementation delays
  • Execution & Collaboration Skills
    • Strong written and verbal communication for onshore stakeholder coordination
    • Ability to support client implementations, production readiness, and issue triage
    • Experience working within scaled delivery models and prioritizing work under delivery pressure
    • Demonstrated use of AI assisted tools (e.g., Copilot, generative AI platforms) to:
      • Accelerate requirements analysis and documentation
      • Summarize findings, decisions, and risks
      • Improve backlog refinement and prioritization efficiency
    • Hands on experience with product and delivery tools such as Rally, Aha!, or equivalent, with AI enabled features
