Primary Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and break down software requirements and technical specifications to create and execute test cases
  • Ability to write test cases in Jira and conduct testing
  • Test the product and drive resolution of defects
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts (as needed) using industry-standard automation tools, such as Selenium, to ensure efficient and accurate testing
  • Build a risk-based test plan focusing on business-critical flows, edge cases, and negative scenarios
  • Execute automated test scripts and report any defects or issues found during testing

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, related subject or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of functional testing experience
  • 5+ years of experience with SQL querying
  • 3+ years of proven experience in automation testing, with a strong understanding of test methodologies and best practices
  • 2+ years of experience in QA Testing with IBM Transformation Extender (WTX) maps, including designing, developing, executing test cases, and maintaining map solutions to ensure data accuracy and compliance
  • 2+ years of experience in testing with Tivoli Workload Scheduler (TWS) / IBM Workload Scheduler, including validating job scheduling processes, monitoring batch jobs, and troubleshooting scheduling issues to ensure reliable and efficient workload automation
  • 2+ years of experience in testing for batch processing and UNIX/Linux environments, including validating job scheduling, file handling, scripting and troubleshooting in production environments to ensure process integrity and operation efficiency
  • 2+ years of experience with Azure
  • 2+ years of experience in extracting and managing test data based on project requirements, perform definitive testing and write appropriate test cases
  • 2+ years of experience in REST API Testing using Postman

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience working within the healthcare payments domain, including claims payment and remittance processing
  • 3+ years of experience in using automation tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, or similar frameworks
  • 2+ years of experience with payment industry standards, protocols, and security best practices, including data protection and compliance requirements
  • Experience collaborating with onshore and offshore teams to support deployments, resolve deployment related issues, and ensure adherence to release governance processes
  • 835 file expertise/knowledge, test file creation, payment processing

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
