For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.


Primary Responsibilities:

  • Ensure delivery against SLAs, quality metrics, and client experience commitments
  • Partner with Growth and Product teams to support market expansion and retention
  • Transformation & Technology Enablement
    • Lead Credit Balance modernization efforts including automation, analytics, and platform enablement
    • Partner with Product and Technology teams to define requirements and prioritize delivery
    • Reduce manual intervention through scalable, technology-enabled solutions
    • Ensure operational readiness for new capabilities and client onboarding
  • People & Organizational Leadership
    • Build and lead a high-performing leadership team across Credit Balance operations
    • Set clear accountability, performance expectations, and leadership standards
    • Drive succession planning, talent development, and organizational health
    • Model enterprise leadership behaviors aligned with JG31 expectations

Required Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in Credit Balance, Recovery, Revenue Cycle Management, and/or healthcare revenue operations
  • 5+ years of experience managing large teams in an operational setting
  • 5+ years of demonstrated experience operating in a regulatory environment
  • 5+ years of experience working with profits and losses 
  • 2+ years of experience leading multi-site or global operations

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience driving technology transformation or modernization initiatives
  • Executive-level client engagement experience
  • Prior enterprise P&L ownership

Strategic Leadership:

  • Proven ability to set strategy and drive execution at enterprise scale
  • Ability to operate effectively in complex, matrixed environments
  • Solid judgment in high-risk, high-impact decisions
  • Demonstrated P&L ownership and financial management experience
  • Ability to connect operational decisions to financial and client outcomes
  • Executive presence with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Comfort presenting complex topics to executive and external audiences

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $159,300 - $273,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
