Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead architecture, design, and implementation of IAM solutions (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, Federation, SSO) across cloud environments
  • Build secure, scalable systems using Java, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, AWS
  • Define and enforce security architecture, guardrails, and best practices across application, infrastructure, and cloud
  • Design security guardrails for Agentic AI, Conversational AI, and Amazon Bedrock (secure prompts, access control, data protection)
  • Develop AI/ML-driven security analytics, monitoring, and threat detection for large-scale environments
  • Implement and manage AWS services: Lambda, API Gateway, WAF (must), S3, DynamoDB, Vector DB, VPC
  • Drive threat modeling, risk assessments, and disaster recovery strategies with automation
  • Enable security reporting, observability, and incident response using data-driven insights
  • Stay updated on emerging threats, vulnerabilities, and security technologies
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define security roadmap and resolve customer security issues
  • Mentor teams on secure development and IAM best practices; act as SME across organization
  • Work effectively with global teams across time zones

Required Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Solid experience with AWS bot integrations, including Amazon Connect

  • Hands-on expertise in implementing and managing Terraform configurations for infrastructure as code
  • Proven experience leveraging AWS AI services, including:
    • Experience designing and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures
    • Experience integrating observability and analytics tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, and Power BI to generate actionable insights and chat metrics
    • Amazon Bedrock and Agentic AI capabilities
    • Amazon Lex for conversational interfaces
    • Semantic search and advanced AI orchestration (e.g., agent frameworks such as Agent Strands)
    • Solid understanding and implementation experience of OAuth 2.0, with a solid focus on enterprise identity governance and security standards
    • Proficiency in using AWS testing frameworks and test benches to simulate, validate, and optimize code and configurations
    • Solid programming skills in Python and Java, with the ability to build scalable, production-grade applications.
