Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the configuration, administration, and support of Workday HCM Core modules
  • Maintain employee data including job, position, organization, and personal information
  • Configure and manage business processes (hire, terminate, transfer, promotion, etc.)
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and business
    teams to translate requirements into system sconfigurations
  • Monitor HCM processes and troubleshoot issues
  • Support data integrity, audits, and compliance activities
    Document configurations, SOPs, workflows, and user guides
  • Participate in change control, testing, and production deployments
  • Support system upgrades, patches, and regression testing
  • Stay updated on Workday features and contribute to continuous improvements
  • Track and resolve issues and provide updates to stakeholders
  • Monitor ServiceNow queue for incidents and requests
  • Develop reports and dashboards for business needs
  • Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment). The Company may adopt, vary or rescind these policies and directives in its absolute discretion and without any limitation (implied or otherwise) on its ability to do so

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience supporting Workday HCM Core or similar HRIS systems
  • Experience with Workday business process framework
  • Solid understanding of HR processes (hire-to-retire lifecycle)
  • Knowledge of Workday security concepts (roles, domains, business process security policies)
  • Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • Willingness to work in global / US business hours

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday HCM Core Certification
  • Experience with other Workday modules (Absence, Compensation, Talent, Payroll)
  • Experience with integrations (EIB, Workday Studio)
  • Agile methodology experience
  • Experience in regulated industries
  • Knowledge of HR compliance and data governance
  • Exposure to Workday Prism Analytics
  • SQL knowledge
