Primary Responsibilities: 

  • Performs high-quality diagnostic fertility ultrasound examinations in accordance with established clinical protocols and provider orders to support the diagnosis and treatment of infertility patients
  • Collaborates closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses, and clinical staff to ensure timely, coordinated, and patient-centered care throughout fertility treatment cycles
  • Maintains ultrasound equipment, exam rooms, and supplies to ensure operational readiness and compliance with organizational and regulatory standards
  • Accurately documents patient information and ultrasound findings in the electronic medical record while adhering to quality, safety, and confidentiality guidelines
  • Provides flexible coverage for weekends, holidays, vacations, and unplanned staffing absences to ensure continuity of patient care and uninterrupted clinical operations within the Fertility department

Required Qualifications: 

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
  • Graduate of an accredited Diagnostic Medical Sonography program (or equivalent accredited educational program)
  • Possess and maintain the appropriate professional certifications and credentials to perform obstetric/gynecologic and fertility ultrasound examinations in accordance with organizational, state, and regulatory requirements

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Experience in reproductive endocrinology and infertility (REI) or women's health ultrasound

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $28.94 to $51.63 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
