Positions in this function are responsible for the management and manipulation of mostly structured data, with a focus on building business intelligence tools, conducting analysis to distinguish patterns and recognize trends, performing normalization operations and assuring data quality. Depending on the specific role and business line, example responsibilities in this function could include creating specifications to bring data into a common structure, creating product specifications and models, developing data solutions to support analyses, performing analysis, interpreting results, developing actionable insights and presenting recommendations for use across the company. Roles in this function could partner with stakeholders to understand data requirements and develop tools and models such as segmentation, dashboards, data visualizations, decision aids and business case analysis to support the organization. Other roles involved could include producing and managing the delivery of activity and value analytics to external stakeholders and clients. Team members will typically use business intelligence, data visualization, query, analytic and statistical software to build solutions, perform analysis and interpret data. Positions in this function work on predominately descriptive and regression-based analytics and tend to leverage subject matter expert views in the design of their analytics and algorithms. This function is not intended for employees performing the following work: production of standard or self-service operational reporting, casual inference led (healthcare analytics) or data pattern recognition (data science) analysis; and/or image or unstructured data analysis using sophisticated theoretical frameworks.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Own end to end enterprise performance measurement across the member engagement lifecycle, from interaction through realized value
- Define and govern enterprise engagement stages, core metrics, and performance standards, ensuring one consistent view across platforms
- Establish a unified analytics and value framework that clearly connects activity to outcomes and enterprise impact
- Deliver cross domain visibility into member journeys across Advocacy, Behavioral Health, Clinical, Rewards, Digital, and Hub
- Ensure alignment between operations, source systems, and reporting, partnering with Product, Clinical, Behavioral Health, and Data Engineering leaders
- Lead analytics delivery from strategy through execution, including demand intake, prioritization, and roadmap ownership
- Oversee development of enterprise analytics products (dashboards, reporting, self service), ensuring accuracy, relevance, and non redundancy
- Maintain continuous, strategic alignment and communication with Product leadership to ensure analytics priorities, roadmaps, and performance measurement evolve in lockstep with product strategy, capabilities, and delivery timelines
- Establish enterprise analytics governance to reduce duplication, improve reuse, and enforce measurement discipline
- Drive scalable operating models for analytics delivery as Rewards and Growth Office demand continues to grow
- Provide executive level reporting and insight to support investment decisions, prioritization, and performance accountability
- Anticipate future analytics needs and shape forward looking capabilities aligned to business strategy and growth initiatives

Required Qualifications:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, data science, or business intelligence, with at least 7 years in people leadership roles managing high performing analytics teams aligned to product or platform organizations
- Proven experience partnering with product, engineering, and business leaders to define analytics strategies that inform product roadmap decisions, measure customer and business impact, and drive adoption and growth
- Experience building, mentoring, and retaining diverse analytics talent, fostering a culture of accountability, curiosity, and continuous improvement
- Solid product mindset, with demonstrated ability to translate ambiguous business and product questions into clear analytical frameworks, metrics, and insights that influence executive decision making
- Expertise in product and customer analytics, including but not limited to:
- Product performance measurement and KPI design
- Funnel, cohort, and behavioral analysis
- Customer segmentation and lifecycle analytics
- Demonstrated ability to operationalize insights, moving beyond reporting to drive measurable product outcomes through recommendations, experimentation, and ongoing performance monitoring
- Solid executive communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of presenting complex insights in a clear, compelling manner tailored to senior product, technology, and business stakeholders
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading analytics for digital products, consumer platforms, or enterprise products, including analytics support for roadmap prioritization, feature launches, and post launch optimization
- Experience operating in large, matrixed organizations, balancing centralized analytics standards with embedded, product aligned delivery models
- Advanced proficiency in analytics and data technologies, such as SQL, Python or R, modern BI tools, and cloud based data platforms, with a strong understanding of scalable data architecture and analytics enablement
- Background in advanced analytics or data science, such as predictive modeling, machine learning, or AI enabled analytics, and experience partnering with data science teams to embed these capabilities into products
- Familiarity with data governance, privacy, and ethical analytics practices, ensuring responsible use of data in product decision making

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $134,600 to $230,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
