Work Schedule: There is an on-call rotation every 4-5 weeks, which runs Monday through Sunday and may include some holidays. The regular schedule is an 8-hour shift, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM.

Primary Responsibilities:
- Daily scheduling of all physician orders, new referrals, and schedules with appropriate field clinicians
- Reports new or pertinent patient information to field clinicians
- Schedules per physician order all visits/tasks specific to each patient from the beginning to conclusion of directed patient care: supervisory visits, re-certification visits, discharge visits, transfers, and post-hospital visits and ensures accuracy
- Updates clinician schedules frequently to remain in compliance with current physician orders
- Communicates all new physician orders and new referrals with contract therapy staff
- Responsible for checking email, Tiger Connect, team messaging system and voicemail to respond to time-sensitive messages from customers, leadership, lower-level management
- Prepares clinicians schedules and assign clinicians to patients based on the frequency and expected duration of prescribed treatments and therapies per physician order
- Demonstrates exceptional customer service to all patients, clinicians, and family members
- Participates with on-call rotation for home health approximately one week per month to include shared holiday coverage
- Perform general clerical duties in support of patient services. These include, but are not limited to, answering phones, copying, faxing, and reviewing incoming referral information for accuracy

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED
- 1+ years of experience performing administrative duties in a medical setting or home health setting
- 1+ years of experience in a position that requires multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
- 1+ years of scheduling experience
- Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office products
- Ability to occasionally work on call during weekends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience & familiarity with medical terminology
- Prior home health experience

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The hourly pay for this role will range from $17.98 to $32.12 per hour based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
