You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Consult with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of program/project scope and objectives with the organization's strategic objectives and the Voice of the Customer
- Raise awareness of any misalignment or misunderstanding of project scope and objectives with applicable stakeholders
- Identify project duration, effort, sequence and dependencies of tasks required to meet applicable project objectives
- Develop/contribute to project budgets and forecasts, obtaining approvals from applicable stakeholders
- Apply project life cycle methodology and tools as you develop, document and implement project communication plans
The most challenging part of this role? Effectively working with multiple project teams and stakeholders on project implementations. Our teams require flexibility utilizing various methodologies and tools. You'll need to drive collaboration in a cross-matrix environment leveraging your ability to build relationships and keep on track with the project scope and timeline.

Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of project management experience using data and information to make business decisions
- Proficiency with MS Project, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint and SharePoint
Preferred Qualification:
- PMP Certification

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
