Position Summary

As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners. In this role, you will translate complex business needs into functional and technical solutions, lead solution design discussions, and manage end-to-end delivery across cross-functional teams. You will drive key strategic programs, including cloud migration, analytics, and operational efficiency initiatives, while mentoring junior analysts and supporting production continuous improvements.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, operations teams, and technology partners to align business and technical vision
  • Gather, analyze, document, and prioritize business and system requirements, translating business needs into functional and technical solutions
  • Lead solution design discussions and support project delivery from initiation through implementation
  • Coordinate with developers, data teams, QA analysts, and business users to ensure successful project outcomes
  • Manage stakeholder communication, issue resolution, risk mitigation, and continuous system improvements
  • Support production systems, troubleshoot business process issues, and drive continuous operational enhancements
  • Develop process flows, business requirements documents (BRDs), user stories, and comprehensive testing plans
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate that delivered solutions meet business objectives
  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior analysts and cross-functional team members
  • Support strategic initiatives including Apollo Quality, eCW, Zephyr, DataRap, Horizon 360, Analytics and Insights, Affordability, and Cloud Migration programs
  • Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications

  • 6+ years of experience in business systems analysis, requirements gathering, and technical solution design
  • 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional projects and driving solution delivery
  • 3+ years of experience creating business requirement documents (BRDs), process flow diagrams, user stories, and UAT test plans
  • 2+ years of experience providing technical guidance or mentorship to junior team members

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of business systems analysis experience in lieu of a degree
  • Healthcare domain knowledge and experience with healthcare data and operational platforms
  • Experience with strategic programs/platforms such as Apollo Quality, eCW, Zephyr, DataRap, Horizon 360, or Cloud Migration initiatives
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum software development lifecycles

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
