Position Summary
As an Agile Practitioner 2, you will serve as a servant leader and change agent, guiding Agile software engineering teams to deliver high-value healthcare technology solutions in a collaborative, transparent, and safe environment. You will establish team-level cadences, facilitate core Scrum ceremonies, proactively remove delivery impediments, and promote continuous improvement using a "learn by doing" methodology. By fostering accountability, cross-team collaboration, and self-organization, you will empower teams to achieve sprint and program increment objectives while driving delivery excellence.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Act as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams within a Release Train or Value Stream, establishing team cadence and facilitating ceremonies (e.g., Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Team Retrospectives)
- Provide leadership, direction, and coaching to team members to encourage adopting sound Agile practices and foster a "learn by doing" environment
- Facilitate cross-team coordination, collaborate cross-functionally to align strategy, methodology, and execution, and manage dependencies with external teams and stakeholders
- Identify, own, and remove delivery impediments for the team(s), escalating critical risks and issues as appropriate
- Maintain and communicate delivery metrics to provide transparent visibility into team progress, quality, and execution
- Manage Agile team financials, including tracking actual spend, forecasting, and delivering periodic updates to business and financial stakeholders
- Establish a trusting and safe team environment focused on problem-solving without blame or judgment, protecting and empowering the team to succeed
- Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows, automate tasks, and drive continuous improvement

Required Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Practitioner within an enterprise software development environment
- 4+ years of experience facilitating core Agile/Scrum ceremonies (eg Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives)
- 4+ years of experience managing team dependencies, tracking delivery metrics, and monitoring financial spend/forecasts
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated experience resolving delivery impediments, facilitating cross-functional collaboration, and guiding teams to self-organization
- First-level Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or SAFe SSM)
- Experience operating within a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) environment or Value Stream structure
- Solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and systems thinking
- Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a proven track record of building trust across business and IT stakeholders
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $91,700 to $163,700annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
