The Director is accountable for the year-round consulting on a client-facing book of business, clinical & financial analytical project management and support, and team collaboration & management. This role is highly client-facing with in-person and virtual presentations coupled with clinical & analytical report expertise & innovation.
You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges.
For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Primary Responsibilities:
- This role is part of a team that supports large, complex employer blocks of business within National Markets
- Serve as primary contact and project manager for assigned clients
- Distill compelling, client-specific insights and content for a variety of customers and client blocks of business with the assistance of Strategist & team members as necessary
- Mastery and seamless navigation of data, tools, reports and related resources will be necessary for success in refining and creating new clinical & analytical insights
- Manage clinical & analytical team member(s) supporting strategic employer blocks of business
- Collaborate across the clinical & financial analyst team to leverage expertise and experience of team members to further develop analytical quality & efficiencies
- Develop expertise in existing and new data systems, sources, methodologies, & logic within data governance & artificial intelligence guidelines
- Positively develop and contribute to team culture

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
- 5+ years in a client-facing role, preferably within a sales, account management, TPA, or consulting environment within the health care industry
- Demonstrated focus on data analytics, data science, or statistics with emphasis on creating actionable insights and delivery utilizing strong storytelling skills
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and PowerPoint with preferred experience in developing/writing SQL queries
- Clear and concise written & verbal communication skills; successful in-person and virtual presentation experience with a director-level and higher audience
Travel
- Travel may be required 25% of the time depending on client or regional sales needs.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 to $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
