The Clinical Outcomes & Analytics Manager is responsible for partnering with clinical, analytics, and operational teams to monitor, validate, and enhance the effectiveness of clinical programs. This role ensures the integrity of outcomes methodologies, evaluates emerging therapies, assesses program effectiveness, and ensures program outcomes remain clinically relevant, accurate, and aligned with evolving standards of care.

The ideal candidate would be a licensed Clinical Pharmacist (PharmD) and an individual with advanced training in Pharmacoeconomics.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and validate clinical program outcomes methodologies and reporting
  • Conduct ongoing reviews to ensure outcomes remain clinically relevant, accurate, and aligned with program objectives
  • Maintain documentation supporting outcomes logic, assumptions, and methodology updates
  • Assist in evaluating the impact of clinical programs on patient care and health outcomes
  • Evaluate the clinical and economic impact of program interventions
  • Monitor newly approved medications, clinical guidelines, and treatment innovations
  • Evaluate impacts of emerging therapies on existing program methodologies and outcome measures
  • Recommend enhancements to program logic, targeting criteria, and outcomes frameworks
  • Partner with analytics teams to analyze program performance and outcomes
  • Validate clinical assumptions and methodologies used in outcomes analyses
  • Translate data findings into actionable recommendations for program improvements
  • Communicate program changes, methodology updates, and outcomes impact to stakeholders
  • Present findings and recommendations to leadership, clients, and cross-functional teams
  • Support client-facing outcomes reviews and reporting

Required Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) and/or Pharmacoeconomics degree
  • Proven solid attention to detail and clinical background
  • Proven effective project management and organizational skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and initiatives
  • Proven solid collaboration and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven highly developed analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills
  • Proven exceptional presentation and stakeholder communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in healthcare outcomes measurement, clinical analytics, HEOR, managed care, or specialty pharmacy
  • Experience evaluating clinical outcomes, healthcare data, or program performance
  • Knowledge of pharmacy and medical claims data

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you'll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $112,700 - $193,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
